This notice explains how MELLIVO AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED handles information in connection with this website and the JOIN US application process.

## Information you choose to share

If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you include. The careers application form collects your name and email, with optional relevant experience and a CV, portfolio or professional-profile link. Our hiring team may import application details from employer job-board exports. Shortlisted candidates receive a personal screening invitation. Screening collects experience, availability, consent, MCQ choices, written HR answers, scores, elapsed time and assessment activity. The direct AI / ML assessment requires a LinkedIn profile and PDF résumé and retains exact submitted answers, correctness, question versions, oracle observations, elapsed times and departure/return activity for human review. Its detailed notice is available before starting. We do not request camera, microphone or screen-recording access.

## Website preferences and technical information

The site stores your selected colour theme in local storage. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website, Cloudflare D1 stores recruitment records, and private Cloudflare R2 storage holds recovery copies. Cloudflare Turnstile protects public applications from spam. Cloudflare Access protects the hiring dashboard and processes admin sign-in information. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times and browser details to operate and protect the service. The local development preview stores separate test data; use synthetic information there.

## How information is used and shared

Mellivo uses application and screening information to review suitability for a role, manage the hiring process and contact candidates. Access to recruitment records is restricted to authorised Mellivo administrators. Imported and public applications wait for human approval; only approved candidates receive test invitations for advertised roles. The separate direct AI / ML assessment is open to website visitors without an invitation. Invitations are sent as Team Mellivo from careers@mellivo.ai through Google Workspace. Cloudflare and Google process information to provide these hosting, storage, security and email services. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when lawfully required.

## Retention and security

The default recruitment retention period is 180 days from screening submission, from invitation expiry for unfinished tests, or from receipt for applicants who are never invited. Direct AI / ML applications use completion or the seven-day session expiry as their retention anchor. The hiring dashboard controls the retention policy, and the application notice shows the applicable period. Private recovery copies expire after a further 30 days; recovery applies the current deletion ledger so erased applicants remain excluded. Admin action history is kept for 365 days and excludes answer text, review-note content and personal invitation tokens. Email correspondence is also subject to the mailbox retention settings. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

## Your choices

You can clear the theme preference through your browser’s site-data settings. This does not erase server-held applications. To ask about your application, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or request an adjustment to the assessment, contact careers@mellivo.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
